Thank you for your interest — the 2017 registration for artwork is now closed.
Artists and Student Artists are invited to submit 2 art pieces. Each piece of art must have a clear title, and must not have been exhibited previously at BOA. The art work can be in painting, printmaking, colored pencil, pastels and other traditional visual media, sculpture, photography, mixed media, book arts, fabric arts, and smaller-scale installation art.
One print copy of an art piece (when applicable) is requested for additional promotional purposes. If you would like to submit a print copy of an art piece, please indicate so below in the form as listed.
Please complete the form and use the second art registration section if you want to submit two pieces. NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE DOOR.
Due to space restrictions, the limit is two items per Artist. The Artist must be 18 years of age or older. The Student Artist must be 16 years of age or older. Materials must have clear ownership title.
Material must be prepared for display and identified; flat pieces must be wired for hanging. Bubble wrap is suggested for unframed pieces.
No entry fee is required. Sales will be assessed at 20% commission. Should you be willing to donate an item for the ART AUCTION, commission on art sales will be reduced to 10%.
Liability: In submitting the “Artist Entry Form,” you acknowledge that the Block of Art will not bear liability for any loss or damage to the artwork submitted while in storage, transit to or from the event, or for any incidental or consequential damages occurring during installation or during the event, and you release Block of Art from any such damage liability.
